1. If you have placed an order for the digital download or transcript then the link to download your order will be sent on your email ID mentioned under shipping information on your order receipt within 2-3 business days from the date of your order or from the date of the live webinar, whichever is later.
2. If you have placed an order for the DVD or Flash Drive then the same will be shipped on your shipping address as mentioned in your order receipt within 3-5 business days from the date of your order or from the date of the live webinar, whichever is later.
3. If you have placed an order for the Live session, then the joining instructions will be sent on your email ID mentioned under shipping information on your order receipt a day prior to the date of the webinar.
4. If you have placed an order for the broadcast then the link to play recording will be sent on your email ID mentioned under shipping information on your order receipt on the same day of broadcast date mentioned on the website or within 2 business days, if the order is placed after the broadcast date.
5. E-mails with the links to download your orders will be sent from notifications@webinarfulfilment.com, kindly add this e-mail ID in your safe sender list to ensure the inbox delivery of our email.
